About Lyrical Baby

The desire to start Lyrical Baby Montessori School arose after the birth of my first child. I enjoyed teaching so much that I couldn’t stay away from it. At the same time, I was so in love with my new child that I didn’t want to leave her to go back to the classroom. I therefore decided to combine my two greatest passions and the rest is history! Lyrical Baby Montessori School is a home-based school where children are nurtured in the safety and security of a real home.

About The Founder

Since graduating from the University of Western Ontario in 2001 with a BA in French, I searched for a means to make an impact on the world with all my knowledge. I was then introduced to the Montessori philosophy and was instantly transformed. I received my diploma from The Toronto Montessori Institute and always aspired to one day have my own school. As the founder and owner of the Lyrical Baby Montessori School, I am proud to also be a mother, to a beautiful daughter, a wife to a devoted husband and a passionate teacher. With over 10 years teaching experience and 5 of which were in a Montessori classroom, I bring with me a wealth of knowledge in various areas particularly as it pertains to children.

I am fluent in French and include it as a part of the daily class routine. I love teaching and feel it is my true calling.
